Kyle Bond is the proud owner of the Hill Country Terminix franchise. Kyle began working in the family business in 2004.

Edie Thomas joined the Terminix team in 2011 and handles all of the bookkeeping responsibilities for our main office in Kerrville. She brings plenty of customer service experience and helps keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Our office is located at 3100 Memorial Blvd. in Kerrville Texas. And we serve the following counties in central Texas: Kimble, Mason, Gillespie, Kerr, Bandera, Kendall, Blanco, Real, Uvalde, Medina, and Llano.

Our office building was purchased in 2000, and with a few renovations and a new parking lot, we were able to turn this former home into a working office.

In 2006, we gave the front of our office a face lift with some new landscaping and flower planters.

As a result, we received the beautification award from the Kerr County Women’s Chamber that year.
